Geneva Valdivieso

Geneva Valdivieso has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Geneva began their career in 2013 as the Director of Revenue Optimization for Destination Hotels & Resorts, where they were responsible for optimizing all revenue streams for two hotels. In 2016, they moved to Boulders Resort & Spa as the Director of Revenue Management, where they were responsible for maximizing room revenue for a luxury hotel. In 2017, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as the Area Director of Revenue Strategy, where they operationalized key strategic initiatives and post-strategic reviews to improve performance and competitive positions for the resorts. In 2020, they were appointed as the Director of Revenue and Sales Management for Muy'Ono Resorts, overseeing the revenue decisions, demand generation, and sales process for eight resorts in Belize. Currently, they are the Client Success Manager for ROOMDEX.

Geneva Valdivieso obtained their Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University, their Masters of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston, and a Certification in Product Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
