Alice Janigro

Social Media Manager at Roosevelt Institute

Alice Janigro has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Alice began their career as a Server at Panini's Bar & Grill in 2016 before moving on to work as a Website Columnist for the Women's Suffrage Celebration Coalition of Massachusetts. In 2017, Alice served as a Legislative Intern at the Office of U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown and later interned at the Office of U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren. In 2018, they worked as a Field Intern for Elizabeth Warren's Senate campaign and also served as a Research Assistant at Tufts Labor Lab. In 2019, Alice co-founded In The Fight and served as the Volunteer Community Outreach Team Lead. Alice also worked as a Communications Associate and later as a Senior Associate, Communications and Media Relations at the Roosevelt Institute. In 2022, Alice briefly worked as a Member Organizer at The NewsGuild of New York before taking on the role of Social Media Manager at the Roosevelt Institute. Throughout their career, Alice has gained experience in communications, outreach, research, and political organizing.

Alice Janigro earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations: International Trade from Tufts University. Alice attended Tufts University from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Alice Janigro has obtained two additional certifications. In June 2020, they completed the "Fundamentals of Media Relations" course at Muck Rack. In September 2019, they completed the "Public Relations Foundations: Media Training" course at LinkedIn.
