Dr. Lisa A. DeRoché

Dr. Lisa A. DeRoché has an extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Dr. Lisa A. is currently the Chief People & Equity Officer at the Roosevelt Institute, where they shape the culture of a team working to strengthen democracy through progressive research. Dr. Lisa A. played a key role in recruitment and integration planning. Prior to that, they worked as a supervisor in reservations at Tower Airlines.
