Andrés Ricardo Pedraza Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrés Ricardo started their career in 1996 as a Technical Support specialist at Market Place Uruguay. Andrés Ricardo then moved on to Citi, where they worked as a System and Database Administrator from 1998 to 2006. During this time, they gained expertise in administration and support for MS Windows NT 4.0, 2000, and NetWare Novell 4.0.

Following their time at Citi, Andrés joined Kimberly-Clark Corporation as a System and Database Administrator for the AUSTRAL region. Here, they administered and supported the Wintel platform and gained experience in MS Windows Server, MS SQL, MS IIS, and SharePoint Services.

In 2008, Andrés joined IBM as a Senior System Administrator, where they provided bilingual support and managed the Wintel/VMWare platform for American Express. Andrés Ricardo worked with over 5000 physical servers and 500 ESXi systems.

As a Freelancer from 2010 to 2020, Andrés served as a Senior Information Technology Consultant, offering their expertise to various clients.

In 2018, Andrés began working at PageGroup as an Infrastructure Team Lead and later as a Senior Infrastructure Administrator. Andrés Ricardo was responsible for infrastructure administration and operation of on-prem datacenters and cloud solutions for the LATAM region. Andrés Ricardo also managed vendor coordination and worked with technologies such as AAD, AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, and ADFS.

In 2021, Andrés took on a new role as the CEO and Co-Founder of Clever IT, LLC. Currently, they also work as a Cloud Engineer at Roots Automation.

Andrés Ricardo Pedraza Alvarez attended the Instituto Alfredo Vásquez Acevedo from 1991 to 1998, where they earned their Bachiller en Ingenieria degree in Ingeniería. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Lifelong Learning certification from CertiProf in August 2022. Andrés Ricardo also received the Survey Contributor of The Agile Adoption Report 2022 certification from CertiProf in July 2022. Furthermore, they completed the Internet History, Technology, and Security course from Coursera in August 2014, as well as the Programming for Everybody (Python) course from Coursera in the same month and year. Lastly, they completed the Digital Photography course from Alison - Free Online Learning, although the months and years of completion are not specified.
