Stefan Boyd has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Stefan currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at Just Salad from November 2019 to April 2023 and at Le Pain Quotidien from May 2019 to November 2019. Before their roles in the food industry, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Noon Mediterranean from June 2018 to October 2019 and the Vice President of Finance from March 2017 to June 2018. Stefan also worked as an Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan from July 2015 to February 2017. Stefan Boyd earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Applied Mathematics & Finance from Walla Walla University between 2003 and 2008. Stefan later pursued further education at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from 2013 to 2015.
