Ayoub Laaziz

Ayoub Laaziz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they began their career as a Call Center Agent at Passport Canada. Later that year, they worked as a Sales Associate at the Royal Ontario Museum. Laaziz then joined Apple in 2014, starting as a Specialist before becoming a Technical Specialist and eventually a Technical Expert. In 2019, they transitioned to Yardi, where they served as an Associate Technical Account Manager and later as a Technical Account Manager. During their time at Yardi, they provided technical support, assisted with system implementation, and worked closely with international resource teams. In 2021, Laaziz joined Dapper Labs as a Customer Support Lead before taking on roles as a Live Operations Producer for NBA Top Shot and Global Football & LaLiga Golazos.
