Hazem W. El Alaily

Hazem W. El Alaily has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting their career in 1998 as a Project Controls Engineer at Iemsa Impianti International, they later joined Bechtel in 1999 and worked as a Project Controls Engineer until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, Hazem served in the Consolidated Contractors International Company as the Deputy Project Manager and Project Controls Manager. In 2007, they worked as a Project Manager at Mace International. Hazem then joined Emaar, The Economic City as a Director of Development from 2007 to 2010 and again from 2012 to 2019, where they held the position of Senior Director of Development and Head of Construction, Technical, and Project Management. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Operating Officer at ROSHN, which they started in April 2019. Additionally, they have recently been appointed as the Chief Program & Project Management Officer at the same company since March 2022.
