Director Of Legal Programs at Rosie's Place

Jennifer Howard has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Jennifer is currently the Director of Legal Programs at Rosie's Place, where they conduct legal intake and serves as the main point of contact for legal questions. Prior to that, they worked at Northeastern University School of Law as a Supervising Attorney, where they designed and implemented a domestic violence legal outreach project. Jennifer also has experience as a Managing Attorney at DOVE, Inc., where they provided legal assistance to survivors of domestic violence. In addition, they have worked as an Attorney Consultant at the Battered Women's Justice Project and as a Staff Attorney at Women Against Abuse, Inc. and Pennell, Jenkins, Robinson & Wolf. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong commitment to advocating for and supporting survivors of domestic violence.

Jennifer Howard graduated from The Catholic University of America in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. Jennifer then pursued higher education at The Catholic University of America, attending the Columbus School of Law from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained their Doctor of Law degree (JD).
