Deputy Director Of Department Of Analytics, Planning And Controling In Legal at Rosneft

Dmitry Vaganov has a diverse work experience in various companies. Dmitry worked at Rosneft from 2014 and held the position of Deputy Head of Analytics, Planning, and Controlling Division from March 2014 to February 2019. Following that, they became the Deputy Director of the Department of Analytics, Planning, and Controlling in March 2019. Before joining Rosneft, they were a member of the Expert Advisory Council of the Federal Agency for State Property Management of Russia from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked at JSC Zarubezhneft from 2010 to 2014, where they held positions such as the Head of Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Efficiency Division and Lead Economist. In these roles, they focused on strategic planning, KPI development, functional process optimization, and implementation of management instruments. Dmitry was involved in corporate strategy development and implementation, privatization roadmap development, and the development and maintenance of the KPI system.

Dmitry Vaganov began their education at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Optics and Laser Physics. Dmitry successfully completed this program in 2009. Following their Bachelor's degree, Dmitry continued their studies at MSU and obtained a Master's degree in Innovations and Management in High-Tech from 2009 to 2011. After completing their Master's degree, they furthered their education at MSU through postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Public Administration from 2011 to 2014. During this time, Dmitry focused on issues related to strategic planning of innovation development in state-owned enterprises.
