Markovskiy Sergey

Markovskiy Sergey, CIA has a range of work experience in various companies. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Tax Advisor (Lawyer) and Auditor at Audit & Consulting Company SHATS. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Senior Audit Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they led audit teams and ensured compliance with national and company audit standards. In 2008, they became the Head of the International Financing Reporting Group at Alliance Oil Company Ltd. From 2009 to 2014, they served as the Deputy Director of the Internal Audit Department, playing a key role in establishing internal audit functions and evaluating internal control systems at Alliance Oil Company. In 2014, they moved to private practice, working on consulting projects focused on internal audit and internal control. Finally, in 2016, they joined Rosneft as the Head of the Internal Control and Risk Management Supporting Group.

Markovskiy Sergey has a diverse education history. In 1992, they began their studies at the Moscow Institute of Economics and Law, where they earned a Specialist degree in Corporate and Civil Law in 1997. In 2002, Sergey attended the Educational Centre under the Ministry of Taxation of the Russian Federation, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Tax Advisor. From 2005 to 2011, they enrolled in ACCA training courses provided by Emil Wolf and ATC, focusing on International Financial Accounting. In 2011, Sergey attended the Institute of Internal Auditors, obtaining their CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) degree in International Internal Auditing.
