Ty Bailey

Ty Bailey, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. From September 2019 to the present, Ty has served as the Chief People Officer at Rosnet. In this role, Ty has provided leadership and guidance to the HR function, overseeing various areas such as talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, training, and compensation and benefits administration. Ty has also been responsible for employee relations, policy development, and company-wide committee facilitation. Prior to joining Rosnet, from July 2016 to September 2019, Ty worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company.

Before joining Rosnet, Ty gained experience at Granite City Food & Brewery from September 2010 to July 2016. During this time, Ty served as an Assistant Manager, taking responsibility for the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, induction, and exit processes. Ty was also involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, laws, and regulations.

Throughout Ty's career, they have demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee development, compliance, and policy implementation.

Ty Bailey, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Park University in the years 2011 to 2013. During the same period, Ty also received a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Park University. In addition to their education, Ty holds several certifications, including Certified WalkMe Program Manager I from WalkMe™, obtained in October 2022, and Certified Agile Transformation Professional from Agile Educate, obtained in March 2021. Ty also achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the SHRM institution in January 2018, as well as the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM Certification in the same month and year.
