Michael Culberson has worked in the software engineering field since 1986. Michael began their career at Unisys as a Software Engineer. In 1991, they moved to Tybrin as a Senior Software Engineer, where they supervised a team of programmers tasked to design, develop, test, and install a large-scale cost accounting software system. In 1997, they joined Ross Group Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer/Support Manager/SDM. In this role, they provided programming and customer support to Motor Club membership application Memberzplus and telecom application for states. Michael also performed Oracle 12c database export/import duties for refreshing UAT sites. Michael was also Product Service Manager for a intra-state telephone billing development project for state governments and banks using Oracle 8i, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Pro*C, C, Unix scripting and Unix on a Sun Solaris platform. Additionally, they were Product Service Manager working for Georgia Department of Revenue for converting EBCDIC data to an Oracle database using SQL Loader and Syncsort. Michael was also Product Service Manager for AAA clubs, which included Powerbuilder coding, MS SQL Server DBA functions and Transact SQL programming.

Michael Culberson received their B.S. in Systems Science from the University of West Florida between 1981 and 1986. In 1995, they attended Oracle Corporation but did not receive a degree. In 2002, they attended Greenbrier and Russell but did not receive a degree.
