Andre Possebon

Andre Possebon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andre began their career at Siemens as a Systems Analyst in 2000 and later transitioned into the role of Software Engineer. Andre then joined Siemens Spa as a Software Engineer for a year before returning to Siemens as a Software Engineer. At Siemens, they worked on various software development projects.

In 2007, Andre joined Ericsson as a Software Engineer, Architect, and ScrumMaster. Andre served in this role for a decade, gaining expertise in software engineering, architecture, and project management.

In 2018, Andre joined Hitachi Systems Security Inc. as a Full Stack Developer and later took on the role of Senior Software Development R&D Team Lead. During their time at Hitachi, they were responsible for designing and implementing threat detection solutions, working with technologies such as Elasticsearch stack, Artificial Intelligence, Hadoop, and Spark.

Currently, Andre is working at Ross Video as a Principal Technical Lead, a position they started in 2023.

Andre Possebon earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana in 2002. In addition to their formal education, Andre also obtained several certifications including Essential Management Skills from McGill Executive Institute in October 2021, (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) from (ISC)2 in June 2021, Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) from (ISC)2 in November 2020, Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki and Reaktor in July 2018, and Mastering Python Programming from ExitCertified (Tech Data) in May 2014.
