Ralf Désulmé

Ralf Désulmé has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ralf began their career at Banque de la République d'Haiti in 1996, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in Research & Development. During their time there, they led a development team in building a new system for submitting reports and also developed a human resources management system. In 2004, they became the IT Operations Manager at the same bank before transitioning to GaMa Consulting S.A. as the Head of R&D in 2008. In the same year, they also joined SecureWorks Inc as a QA Lead, where they worked on improving the development process and enhancing the user experience. Ralf then joined Banque de la République d'Haiti again as the Assistant Director of IT in 2010, overseeing IT activities and managing technical teams. Ralf also served as the QA Manager, establishing a Software Quality Assurance group and providing technical leadership in the implementation of the ATM and Electronic Settlement Project. In 2012, Ralf started working at Ross Video as a Product Verification Specialist and later took on the roles of CRM Administrator/Developer and Salesforce Developer - Analyst. Throughout their career, Ralf has demonstrated their expertise in IT management, software development, quality assurance, and technical leadership.

Ralf Désulmé has a diverse education history. Ralf obtained a Masters degree in Computer Security and Information Assurance from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2000, they pursued a Masters degree in Database and Systems Integration at SKEMA Business School. In their earlier years, from 1988 to 1994, Ralf studied Electronics Engineering with a Computer Science track at Universté d'Etat d'Haïti - Faculté des Sciences. Lastly, they completed their high school education at Saint-Louis de Gonzague. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ralf also holds certifications in the field of software testing. Ralf obtained an Advanced Technical Test Analyst certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2014, and a Foundation Level Certified Tester certification from the same institution in March 2013.
