Murat Haxha

Murat Haxha is a Lean & Total Quality Manager at Rosti Group since June 2018. Prior to this, Murat held the role of Lean Manager at Primo Sverige AB from March 2017 to May 2018, and Quality Assurance Engineer at Volvo Cars from January 2015 to February 2017. Murat is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction, coaching, training, and leading management, supervisors, and employees to embrace a culture of continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery. At Rosti Group, Murat focuses on internal and external benchmarking and the growth of One Rosti operating systems. Through their experience in quality control, process handling, and quality assurance, Murat is dedicated to achieving plans and targets within the area of Continuous Improvement.
