Justin Fernandes

Justin Fernandes has extensive experience in food and beverage management, currently serving as the Complex Food and Beverage Manager at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC since December 2017, overseeing multiple properties including Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel Dubai. Prior to this role, Justin held positions as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Amwaj Rotana JBR, where performance included securing significant revenue and managing multiple dining outlets, and at Park Rotana Abu Dhabi. Other notable roles include Bars Operations Manager at Radisson, Restaurant and Bar Manager at Marriott International, as well as several managerial positions within JW Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott.
