Maya Sharara

Maya Sharara has a range of work experience in the hotel industry. Maya started their career as a Sales Manager at Tamar Rotana from November 2006 to June 2010, where they focused on expanding the hotel's customer base and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Maya then moved on to Raouche Arjaan by Rotana as a Business Development Manager from July 2010 to January 2012, where they managed product sales and worked on sales initiatives. For the past ten years, Maya has been with Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, where they have held various positions as Director of Sales. Their responsibilities included developing sales strategies, leading negotiations with key accounts, and managing budgets to maximize sales and revenue growth. Maya has demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue and achieve business objectives throughout their career.

Maya Sharara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Management from the Lebanese University in the period between 1998 and 2001. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Lebanese American University during the period from 2015 to 2016.
