Emma Hart

Emma Hart (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience in HR. Emma is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Rothamsted Research since April 2020. Prior to that, Emma was the Human Resources Lead at Hertfordshire Independent Living Service (HILS) from April 2016 to April 2020. In this role, they led an HR team and provided independent living solutions for vulnerable clients. Emma also worked as an HR Intern at North Hertfordshire District Council from October 2014 to March 2016, where they provided HR support and was involved in learning and development, recruitment, and employee relations.
