Richard Newman

Richard Newman is an experienced attorney specializing in Elder Law and Special Needs Planning. Since October 2006, Richard has served as Attorney and Principal at Newman Elder Law, focusing on assisting seniors with long-term care solutions. Prior to this, Richard was an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Jerome Taylor from January 1991 to October 2006, where responsibilities included civil litigation, personal injury actions, and social security disability claims. Richard began the legal career as an Associate Attorney at Silberman, Markovitz and Meo from 1989 to 1991, practicing civil and commercial litigation. Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law (1986) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University (1983).
