Mamadou Gueye has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Mamadou started their career in 2006 as a General Manager at Corner Bakery Cafe, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and developing employees. After four years, they moved on to Potbelly Sandwich Works, initially working as a District Manager, overseeing a group of eight shops and ensuring sales targets were met. Mamadou then became a City Manager, overseeing the DC market and working with three District Managers. In 2019, Mamadou joined Roti Modern Mediterranean as a Regional Director, where they are responsible for overseeing sixteen restaurants on the East Coast and maximizing results through effective communication and coaching.
Mamadou Gueye obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from the University Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Senegal, from 1985 to 1990. Mamadou later attended Strayer University-Maryland from 1997 to 1999 and earned a degree in Computer Information Systems, with a focus on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager.
