Russ Mercier has had a long and diverse career in recruiting and management. Starting out in the United States Air Force, Russ held multiple positions around the world before transitioning into the corporate world. Russ has worked in various recruiting roles at MassMutual, Lincoln Tech, and Universal Technical Institute, Inc. In their current position at Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service, Russ serves as the Assistant General Manager and Hiring Manager, overseeing hiring and satellite office operations. With experience in both the military and civilian sectors, Russ brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
