Helen Gammons (MBA) has a wealth of experience in the music and creative industries. Helen began their career in 1992 as Creative Director at Avex Inc, where they ran their International Music Publishing division. In 2010, they co-founded Rotolight, a pioneering and award-winning British technology company specializing in advanced LED lighting for the photographic, broadcast, and film industries, and served as COO and Business Affairs Director. In 2011, they became CEO of Sync In The City, a music publisher, and Programme Director for Strategic & Creative Engagement for the Music & Creative Industries at Henley Business School. In 2015, they became Vice Principal of the Academy of Contemporary Music and Dean of the Business School, and in 2016 they joined the Advisory Board for the EMBA Creative Industries at Ashridge Executive Education.

Helen Gammons has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School from 1999 to 2002, a degree from Institute of Education UK from 2006 to 2008, and a Professional Development certification from Harvard Extension School since 2020.
