Rod Aaron Gammons has held various positions in the technology and business industries since 2007. In 2007, they were a Director/Co-Owner at Planet Video Systems, a UK based Apple Solutions Expert. Rod Aaron was a Finalist for Coutts Bank Best Family Business of the Year 2008-2009. In 2009, they were the CEO and co-founder of Rotolight, a pioneering and award-winning British technology company. Rod Aaron was also the Managing Director and co-founder of AppleWorld Distribution, the global distribution arm of the award-winning Rotolight LED lighting products. In 2016, they became a member of the Investment Panel at Henley Business Angels, where they analyze investment opportunities and pitches to identify early stage SMEs with compelling investment propositions. Rod Aaron also offers 1:1 guidance and advice to select businesses in particular areas such as scaling, IP, marketing, and financial model/valuation.

Rod Aaron Gammons attended Watford Grammar School For Boys from 1997 to 2004. Rod Aaron then went on to The University of Sheffield, where they earned a BA Honours (First class) in Business from 2004 to 2007. In 2012, they completed their Executive MBA (Distinction) at Henley Business School.
