Julia Hilton

Julia Hilton has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Julia currently holds the position of Head of Culture and Inclusion at Rotork since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR, Water and Power, Engineering and EMEA at the same company from April 2019 to October 2022.

Julia also served as a Board Trustee at Julian House starting from January 2020.

Before their time at Rotork and Julian House, they worked as the Group Head of HR at Alderley plc from January 2016 to April 2019.

Prior to that, Julia held the role of HR Director at Matthew Clark from November 2014 to December 2015.

Julia also gained valuable experience at Accolade Wines, where they served as the Global Organisational Effectiveness Manager from October 2012 to October 2014, and as an HR Manager from March 2007 to October 2012.

Earlier in their career, Julia worked at Whirlpool UK Ltd as an HR Business Partner from December 2003 to February 2007 and at Thistle Hotels as an HR Officer from March 2001 to November 2003.

Julia Hilton earned a BSc in Psychology from the University of Plymouth from 1995 to 1998. Julia later pursued a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources from the University of West London from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they attended Wootton Bassett School from 1990 to 1995.
