The Roundhouse Trust has a leadership team with a history of working in various commercial, managerial, and arts-related fields. The team has experience working for companies such as The Royal Institution, Experis/Manpower Group, Aston Villa Football Club, Baku 2015 European Games Organising Committee, Mothership Group, Eat Your Own Ears/Field Day Festival, Soundcrash, Academy Music Group, Ambassador Theatre Group, and Festival Republic. They also have a range of educational backgrounds from universities such as Oxford, Leeds, Surrey, Birkbeck, and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
