Sze Hui, CSPO

Sze Hui, CSPO has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Starting as a Systems Administrator for Manchester Furniture Group, Sze Hui then worked as a Finance Intern for National Public Radio in 2004. In 2006, Sze Hui was a Project Manager for SunTrust Mortgage, where they managed the implementation of a new web-based automated appraiser selection tool. In 2007, Sze Hui worked as an Analyst for CarMax. From 2009 to 2013, Sze Hui worked as an AVP, Business Project Manager for SunTrust Mortgage, where they were primarily responsible for managing efforts to automate mortgage servicing processes via scripting. From 2013 to 2016, Sze Hui worked as a Data Operations Implementation Analyst for Verisk Health. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, Sze Hui worked as a Product Owner for Advantasure, where they were heavily involved in the design, development, and launch of Advantasure's risk adjustment data submission product. Since 2019, Sze Hui has been a Product Manager for Roundtrip, focused on improving the ride booking experience through implementing interoperability between the Roundtrip app, electronic medical records systems, major providers of computer-aided dispatch software, and the major rideshare services.

Sze Hui attended The Wharton School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a BS. Econ in Operations and Information Management. Prior to that, they attended the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science from 2000 to 2002. In December 2020, Sze Hui obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
