Dr. Elizabeth Mitcham

Elizabeth Mitcham is the current Director of Exceptional Children’s Services at Rowan-Salisbury Schools. Dr. was previously a high school English teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from August 2018 to June 2021, and at NEW YORK CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS from August 2017 to June 2018.

Dr. Elizabeth Mitcham has a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Stony Brook University.
