Rachael O'Sullivan is an experienced environmental management professional with a strong background in sustainability and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Environmental Manager at the Royal Opera House since May 2022, Rachael is focused on achieving net zero by 2035. Prior roles include HS&E Advisor positions at INEOS Oil & Gas UK and DEA UK SNS Ltd, where Rachael provided environmental support for offshore operations. Rachael has also worked as a consultant at Intertek Metoc and Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, managing environmental permitting and compliance projects. Additional expertise includes maintaining ISO 14001 standards during a part-time secondment at Shell, as well as managing data protection compliance at the Driving Standards Agency. Rachael holds an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of East Anglia.
