Courtney Nelson

Courtney Nelson has extensive experience in IT support and administration, currently serving as a Junior Support Administrator at the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service since October 2019. Prior to this role, Courtney worked at the University of Technology, Jamaica for fourteen years, holding positions as an I.S. Support Technician and Laboratory Technician, specializing in user support, hardware maintenance, network configuration, and laboratory supervision. Additionally, Courtney briefly worked as a Technical Engagement Specialist at ACCENT Marketing, providing technical assistance for ASUS products to customers in North America. Earlier experience includes a role as a Clerical Officer at the Urban Development Corporation.
