Thomas Schings

Thomas Schings is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Senior Fund Manager at the Royal Group of Companies since December 2022, focusing on creating financial diversity for investors in Cambodia. Schings is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Cambodian Association of Finance and Technology and General Manager at RGX, where efforts are centered on establishing Cambodia's first licensed Digital Asset Exchange. Previously, Schings held the position of General Manager at Royal Group Funds and served as Head of Research at The Association of Banks in Cambodia, contributing to the enhancement of the banking sector. Additional roles include lecturing in economics at the National University of Management and business at the Royal University of Law and Economics, along with teaching at Maastricht University. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Business from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from NBS Alumni Affairs.
