Jesse Wiltshire

Jesse Wiltshire has over 30 years of experience in the engineering field, primarily with Royal Mail, where Jesse has served as Maintenance Team Leader since September 1990, leading the maintenance progression of a team of 15 engineers and acting as an Engineering Team Coach. Previous roles at Royal Mail include Night Shift Engineering Team Coach and Maintenance Shift Team Leader, among others. Before joining Royal Mail, Jesse worked as a Tactical & Commercial Trainee at BT Group from 1988 to 1990. Jesse's education includes various qualifications in engineering and leadership, with notable training from the Institute of Leadership & Management and South Thames College.
