Rebecca Hope has a strong work experience in the logistics industry. Rebecca started their career at Parcelforce Worldwide in 2002 as an Account Manager. Rebecca then progressed to become an Area Sales Manager and eventually a Corporate Accounts Sales Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing strategic accounts, retaining and growing them profitably, and improving customer experience. In 2017, Rebecca joined Royal Mail and held various positions including Head of Business Development and Head of New Business. Currently, they are the Head of Key Account Management at Royal Mail.

Rebecca Hope's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Science & Politics from the University of Central Lancashire, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995.
