Samantha Potts

Samantha Potts is a seasoned professional in the arts and culture sector, currently serving as the Head of Visitor Experience at the Royal Opera House since November 2018. In this role, Samantha has also held positions as Head of Front of House and Tours and Senior Front of House Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Front of House Manager at the National Gallery of Victoria from January 2015 to May 2016, and Theatre Operations Manager at the Melbourne Theatre Company from March 2010 to December 2014.
