Ajay Kumar is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a comprehensive background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving at Royal Orchid Hotels since June 2023, Ajay has held similar managerial positions at Radisson Hotel Group and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. With a career that began in 2008 as a trainee at Sheraton Rajputana Palace, Ajay has progressively advanced through various roles, including Bar Supervisor and Assistant Manager Food & Beverage at Tux Hospitality. Ajay's expertise encompasses overseeing F&B operations, managing budgets, implementing service standards, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring guest satisfaction while minimizing food wastage. Ajay holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from H.N.B University and additional educational experience in hospitality from the Army Welfare Education Society Institute and Technology.
