Beverly deVries

Beverly deVries is a seasoned professional specializing in climate action and sustainability. Currently serving as a Climate Action and Sustainability Program Specialist at Royal Roads University since January 2020, Beverly supports university-wide climate strategies and fosters partnerships aligned with climate goals. Prior roles include Sustainability, Climate Action & Resilience Coordinator, Project Coordinator at Resilience by Design Lab, and Program Associate in the School of Leadership Studies. Beverly has diverse experience in the development sector, including consultation for the Japan International Cooperation Agency and the United Nations Development Program in Guyana. Additionally, Beverly has held positions as a Coordinator in educational settings and has a strong foundation in environmental education and communication, evidenced by a Master of Arts degree from Royal Roads University.
