Tanya Cripps

Tanya Cripps has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tanya started their career as an HR Assistant at The Hospital for Sick Children in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Tanya then joined Royal Victoria Hospital in 2007 and held the positions of HR Analyst and Recruitment Consultant until 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, where they initially served as an Analyst Team Lead in Human Resources. Later on, they were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources and People Experience, which they currently hold.

Tanya Cripps completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College in 2000-2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Western University from 1997 to 2000.
