Sales Support Team Lead at Royal Wolf

Maraea Ruha has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 at SKYCITY Entertainment Group as a Cashier and later being promoted to Cage Supervisor. During their time there, they supervised cashiers, provided feedback and direction, prepared performance reviews, and maintained relationships with management. Maraea also had the opportunity to work with international VIP guests in locations such as Sky City Queenstown and Sky City Hamilton.

Following their time at SKYCITY, Maraea worked at Fisher and Paykel Finance as a Customer Care/Customer Service Representative, where they managed credit facilities, processed contracts, and resolved customer issues.

Maraea then moved on to Youi Insurance, where they held various roles such as Sales Advisor, Client Services Advisor, and Retention Operations Manager. Maraea managed blended teams and was involved in a company restructuring.

After that, Maraea joined Just Water NZ as a Customer Focus Team Leader, and later Just Life Group as a Customer Service Manager.

Maraea'smost recent position is with Royal Wolf as a Sales Support Team Lead, starting in 2023.

Maraea Ruha attended Rutherford High from 1990 to 1995, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during that time. In 2014, they pursued further education at ANZIIF, where they obtained a TIER 2 degree in General Insurance, Compliance, and General Advice.
