Mathew Easow Jacob

Mathew Easow Jacob has extensive work experience in the field of user interface technology and web development. Mathew Easow is currently serving as the Global Practice Head - UI at Royal Cyber Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini as the Practice Head: WebUI | Capgemini DCX India from September 2018 to February 2022.

Before joining Capgemini, Mathew held various managerial roles at Cognizant, starting as a Technology Lead in September 2008 and progressing to the roles of Rich Internet Applications Team Lead and Manager and Location Competency Leader Web Development in subsequent years. Mathew Easow managed large teams of over 300 members and was responsible for competency building and growth in the area of web development. At Cognizant, they also led the Digital Experience Engineering Team Bangalore unit as the Senior Manager and Location Competency Head from June 2016 to August 2018.
