Redouan El Ghabri

Redouan El Ghabri currently serves as the Assistant Coach for the U23 team and Head of Methodology for U16 Elite at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, having held these positions since July 2022. In addition, Redouan oversees the training methodology for age groups U6-U12 and is responsible for developing various training cycles. Redouan has also been a history and geography professor at Institut Maris Stella since January 2017 and previously coached the U21 team at AFC Tubize from July 2017 to September 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a coordinator at Croix-Rouge de Belgique and a history teacher at Institut Frans Fischer. Redouan's educational credentials include a UEFA B degree in football, a Master's in Political Science from Université libre de Bruxelles, and a complementary Master's in International Law from Université catholique de Louvain, along with ongoing qualifications towards a UEFA A license.
