Parag Gautam

Parag Gautam has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. PARAG started their career at Allied Computers Industries India as a Channel Sales Executive, where they excelled at establishing new franchisees and channel partners and managing end-to-end operations. PARAG then joined Bata India Limited as a District Manager, overseeing the successful operation of multiple districts. Parag joined Reliance Retail as a Franchisee Manager, where they honed their skills in managing and growing franchise operations. PARAG then joined Big Bazaar - Future Value Retail Ltd as an Assistant Store Manager, where they contributed to the success of the profit center through effective merchandising planning. Parag further enhanced their retail expertise at METRO/MAKRO as a Department Head, achieving strong department sales and delivering excellent customer service. PARAG later joined Askme.com as a City Head Operations, leading the launch and expansion of their hyperlocal startup Ask Me Grocery business in Mumbai. Parag continued to grow in their career and joined Praxis Home Retail Limited as a Retail Store Manager, where they successfully drove retail sales operations and achieved annual sales targets. Currently, they are working as the State Head West at Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd., where they are responsible for leading operations in the western region. Parag's extensive experience in retail and sales management has equipped him with a wide range of skills in strategic planning, operational excellence, sales and marketing, team management, and customer service.

Parag Gautam completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics from 1989 to 1994. PARAG then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Newport University between 1997 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Parag Gautam obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from Vissicomp Technology Pvt. Ltd. - India in April 2017, and an IATA certification from IATA Training in July 1994.
