Brayden Nomura

Brayden Nomura is a Pastry Chef at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine since August 2023, bringing culinary skills from prior experience as a Retail Sales Specialist at Taniokas Seafood & Catering from May 2019 to May 2023. Brayden also participated in Gameday Preparation at Lewis & Clark College between July 2021 and January 2023, and was involved in the 2022 Winterim program. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Associates of Culinary & Arts degree in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking/Kitchen Assistant from Kapiolani Community College (August 2023 - June 2025), alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lewis & Clark College (September 2019 - May 2023), and a High School Diploma from Saint Francis High School (January 2018 - June 2019). Prior education includes time at Punahou School from August 2013 to January 2018.
