Andrew Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2021. Andrew started their career in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Damage Controlman 3rd Class, where they served for 5 years. Afterward, they joined CLP Resources as a Trade Recruiter, eventually becoming a Senior National Trade Recruiter. At TrueBlue Inc, they worked as a Market Recruiting Manager, developing and implementing recruiting strategies. Andrew later joined Decca Energy as a National Recruitment Manager, managing daily operations and achieving significant revenue growth. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at RPCS, a leading solar mechanical installation company, where they are contributing to the company's commitment to renewable energy and driving its growth in the installation market.
