Shashwat Goenka

Shashwat Goenka serves as the Vice Chairman of RP Sanjiv Goenka Group since July 2012 and has held key positions in the organization, including Sector Head at Spencer's from April 2013 to September 2024. Additionally, Shashwat founded RP-SG FMCG (Guiltfree Industries Limited) in January 2017. Previous experience includes a role as a Brand Management Intern at Nestlé India in 2011 and a Corporate Finance Intern at KPMG India in 2010. Shashwat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Marketing, and Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2012, and attended St. Xavier's Collegiate School from 1996 to 2008.
