Srividya Parthasarathy

Srividya Parthasarathy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service within the logistics and e-commerce industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at RR Donnelley since July 2021, Srividya leads a large Creative Communications team. Previous roles include Advisor to Mytrux e-Commerce, Head of Shared Service Centre at DP World, and Director of Customer Service & India COE at INTTRA. Notable contributions include stabilizing finance and HR operations, developing business delivery models, and implementing process improvements at Maersk Global Service Centres, where a successful model for virtual counters was conceptualized. Srividya holds a PGDM from SPJIMR and various certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma from the Project Management Institute and Maersk.
