Don Roberts

Don Roberts has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the technology and innovation field. Don currently works at RS&H as the EVP and Chief Technology Officer, where they lead their technology and innovation programs. Previously, they held roles such as Vice President of Information Technology at RS&H and URS Corporation. At URS Corporation, they established an Innovation Adoption Process and led the team responsible for employee collaboration tools and integration of acquired firms. Prior to that, they worked at SCGroup as the Vice President of Technology Products and Services, where they directed IT operations for affiliated companies. Don also has experience working in the educational sector as the Director of Information and Telecommunication Services at The University of Texas at El Paso, where they led the creation of the university's first centralized email system and expanded the campus network. Don began their career at Pacific Sierra Research as the Manager of Software Development and Analysis, overseeing the development of laboratory automation software and data analysis modules for optical component testing.

Don Roberts earned their Bachelor's degree in Geophysics from The University of Texas at El Paso in 1984. Don then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Geophysics from the same university between 1984 and 1987.
