Kellen Baker

Kellen Baker has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Currently, they serve as the Head of Talent Acquisition at RS&H. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Recruiting Strategy and Systems at Ratner Companies. Kellen also held positions at Lidl US as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager. Before that, Kellen worked at Waste Management as a Team Lead, Project Manager, and Recruiter. Kellen began their career as a Sr. University Recruiter at Microsoft and also worked at Lexmark International, Inc., University of Kentucky, Adecco Employment Services, and Lexmark. Kellen has a proven track record of developing effective recruitment strategies, managing recruitment teams, and delivering successful hiring projects.

Kellen Baker obtained a BBA degree in Management from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
