Neil Kumar Venkateswaran is a seasoned professional in data and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data and Analytics Strategy at RSM US LLP since October 2024. Previously, Neil held the role of Business Intelligence Solutions Architect at Polen Capital from April 2021 to September 2024. Neil's extensive experience at Cognizant spanned from February 2004 to April 2021, where multiple positions were held, including Associate Director and Senior Manager in Projects, focusing on Enterprise Information Management, alongside a strong background in data modeling, MicroStrategy BI development, and Oracle PL/SQL tuning. Neil obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University between 1999 and 2003.
