The board of directors at RSSB has a long and varied history, with experience in many different industries and types of education. Some of the companies they have been involved with include London North Eastern Railway, Make It York, Virgin Trains East Coast, and Transport for London. They have also been trustees for Saffron Walden Choral Society and members of the Greater Cambridge Partnership. Most recently, they have been CEO of MTR UK and managing director of MTR Elizabeth line.
