Daniel Kob has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, strategy, and leadership positions. Daniel started their career at Gruner + Jahr, where they served as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Board and later as a General Management Trainee. Daniel then moved on to work at Branch and Udacity, where they held positions such as Marketing Director Europe and Entrepreneur in Residence. At Zeitgold, they served as the Vice President of Marketing, leading a team of 7 and overseeing the development of the brand strategy and performance marketing. Daniel also worked at Moss as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they were responsible for developing the marketing strategy and managing a team of 20+. Additionally, Daniel was an Angel Investor at Knowunity and served as a Digital Marketing Instructor at Coursera. Currently, they are working at RTL Deutschland as the Senior Vice President Portfolio Growth and the Deputy Head of G+J Next, a venture builder focused on digital consumer health and wellbeing businesses in Germany.
Daniel Kob completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Management from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration in 2009. Daniel further pursued their studies at Newcastle University, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Media and Public Relations in 2010. Later on, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, in 2016.
