Marc Puskaric

After completing his Second German State Examination in Law in 2001, Mark Puškarić, born in 1972, started his professional career at Bertelsmann as Corporate Legal Counsel. From 2007 to 2015, he was Senior Vice President Corporate Legal at Bertelsmann, where he was responsible for advising M&A and operational transactions in the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia and for supporting the set-up of the corporate investment activities in India and Brazil.

Marc Puškarić, previously Managing Director of Bertelsmann Brazil Investments and the Bertelsmann Corporate Centre in Brazil, succeeded Henning Tewes who has joined Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland as COO Programme Affairs & Multichannel. In his new function, Marc Puškarić reports to Andreas Fischer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of RTL Croatia and Senior Vice President (SVP) Global Operations Management Broadcast and Content of RTL Group. With his new role, Marc Puškarić also becomes a member of RTL Group’s Operations Management Committee (OMC).
